n2uitive supports multiple types of integrations that make n2record an efficient extension of your own systems. With Single Sign-On (SSO), n2uitive extends to our customers real time control over access to our systems and the associated permissions for each user session. With the Export Connector, n2uitive enables customers to seamlessly export statement recordings and transcripts from our systems into yours. Both of these integrations improve the user experience, are faster, and improve accuracy.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
To support our customers who want to manage access controls and permissions for their employees, n2uitive has developed Single Sign-On with SAML 2.0. This service supports single sign-on, whereby any employee can log into n2uitive without separately entering an ID and Password. With the click of a button, n2uitive will communicate with the customer and start a custom session that applies a user’s specific ID and permissions. This saves adjuster time and the annoyance of managing a separate password, while ensuring our customer have complete control over access to recordings and transcripts in our system. n2uitive also support single log-out, which allows customers to determine and apply policies to automatically terminate an employee’s session at any time. This ensures the highest level of centralized, real time control over employee access to our system.
Customers who wish to take advantage of these services can implement either Service Provider (SP-) initiated or unsolicited web (IDP-) initiated SSO, depending upon the customer’s preference for establishing a Federated connection. n2uitive Export Connector
Carriers large and small trust n2uitive to store millions of recordings and statements recordings every year. However, some customers need to download and store a copy of these files in their own data repository to satisfy regulatory requirements or internal policies. That is why we developed the n2uitive Export Connector. The Export Connector provides supported REST APIs and “pull” process to export updated metadata, recordings, and transcripts associated with an interview. Customers can import interview-related records on demand and save them to their own file management system. This ensures that data management policies are entirely aligned for all data associated with the claim file.
