Our Journey

Over nearly two decades, we have evolved from a small, Seattle Insurtech startup to the leading Recorded Statement Lifecyle Management (RSLM) platform for U.S. P&C insurers, TPAs and Self-Insured Enterprises.

Along the way, we have continued to integrate new technologies with a focus on keeping our customers and their customers moving forward.

We are more excited today about the value we can bring adjusters and insurers than at any time since our founding. The recent emergence and maturity of automated speech recognition and generative AI technologies are shaping the next phase of our growth and innovation journey!
