Seattle-based n2uitive Corporation announced that they have successfully completed their System and Organizational Control (SOC) 2 Type II Audit.

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) issues the SOC report after a thorough audit of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy criteria to provide an industry standard for data security and protection. Data security and privacy online is a concern for 92% of Americans, 45% of whom say it matters more than national security (Trust Arc.)

n2uitive had previously received a SOC 2 Type I report to analyze internal controls, the new SOC 2 Type II report shows that the full system, controls, and processes are secure. n2uitive completed an observation period where all their security controls were measured and tested continuously, before being fully audited.

The SOC report found that all the controls were performed in accordance with n2uitive’s policies. This report highlights that n2uitive’s security processes are equivalent to banking and financial institutions.

"Achieving the SOC 2 Type 2 certification underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data security and operational reliability," said Evan Smith, VP of Technology at n2uitive. "This milestone demonstrates our dedication to providing secure, reliable recorded statement services to our clients in the P&C insurance sector. This is truly a company-wide success."
